You are not allowed to use your Freedom Mailbox® address to represent the physical location of your business. If this is the primary purpose for wanting the service, then we strongly discourage using Freedom Mailbox®.

Our digital mail room is designed to be a public-facing mailing address for your business, for remote mail management and not as a physical location for where you operate your business.

However, if you are using Freedom Mailbox® for your business and are required to verify your business address, you must include your private mailbox (PMB) number as part of your business address. Failure to include your mailbox number may result in the address verification service not recognizing or accepting your address.
