How do I setup and manage SMS/text alerts?

You can optionally subscribe to text (SMS) alerts when new mail arrives and when an action request has completed. While this service is provided at no cost by Freedom Mailbox®. Your cell phone carrier may charge you standard messing fees.

Only a limited set of country codes are currently supported. If you have a country codes currently not listed, please contact us.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Start by logging into your account.
  2. On the top menu, click Settings
  3. On the left side menu, click Notifications
  4. Check Enable SMS notifications to turn on, or uncheck to turn off.
  5. Enter your SMS Mobile Phone Number
  6. Click Submit to save your edits.
