Can I retract a mail action request?

Yes, any pending mail action can be retracted.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Start by logging into your account.
  2. On the top menu, click Mail
  3. On the left side menu, click Pending
  4. Select the mail item(s) you want to retract.
  5. From the button selection at top, select Actions
  6. Select Retract Action Request

If an action has already be completed by Freedom Mailbox® staff, it can not be retracted. For example, if you request mail to be shredded and the action has been completed, there is no way to reverse it.
